At Teezill, all products are made to order and produced specifically for each customer. Because of this, we encourage you to review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to make it right.

We accept refund or replacement requests in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is defective
  • You receive the wrong item

To be eligible, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue

Requests submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for review.


2. Non-Eligible Cases

We are unable to accept returns or refunds in the following situations:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Personal preference
  • Normal wear and tear after use
  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling
  • Requests submitted after the 30-day window

3. How to Request Assistance

To request a refund or replacement:

Our support team will review your request within 12–24 business hours and provide next steps.

⚠️ Please do not return any items without contacting us first.


4. Return Shipping

If the issue is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the cost by offering a replacement or refund.

In most cases, you will not be required to return the item. Our support team will guide you based on the specific situation.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility.


5. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

If you do not receive your refund within 7 business days after approval, please contact your payment provider first, then reach out to us for further assistance.


6. Replacements

In certain cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, especially for damaged or defective items. Replacement eligibility follows the same conditions listed above.
