Return & Refund Policy

At Teezill, all products are custom-made on demand. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return Eligibility

Because our products are printed specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

However, we do accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item was received

To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Requests submitted after 30 days from delivery may not be accepted.


2. Non-Eligible Return Cases

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Personal preference

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Requests made outside the 30-day window


3. Return Process

To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@teezill.com

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

  3. Our support team will review your request within 24–48 business hours

  4. Customer Support Hours: Monday–Sat, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)
  5. If approved, you will receive return or replacement instructions

⚠️ Please do not return items without prior approval.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is caused by our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a replacement.

  • For all other cases, returns are not accepted.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in approved error-related cases.


5. Refund Timeline & Method

Once your return or refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 1-3 business days

  • Approved refunds may include the original shipping cost (if the error was ours)

If you do not receive your refund within 7 business days after approval, please contact your payment provider first, then reach out to us for assistance.


6. Replacement Policy

In certain cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, particularly for damaged or defective items. Replacement eligibility follows the same conditions outlined above.


7. Policy Enforcement

We reserve the right to deny any return or refund request if:

  • The request does not meet eligibility requirements

  • Insufficient proof is provided
