Cancel & Change Order Policy

At Teezill, all products are made to order after a purchase is placed. Because of our on-demand production process, orders can only be modified or canceled before production begins.


1. Requesting a Cancellation or Change

If you would like to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Details of the requested change or cancellation

If your request is received before production begins, we will do our best to accommodate it.


2. After Production Has Started

Once your order has entered production (typically within 24 hours), we are unable to make changes or cancellations, as each item is custom-printed specifically for your order.

We appreciate your understanding in this matter.


3. Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If your order is successfully canceled before production begins, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund processing time:

  • 1–3 business days after cancellation is confirmed

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.


4. Unable to Modify Requests

In some cases, we may not be able to process a cancellation or change request if:

  • The order has already entered production
  • The request is missing necessary details
  • The request is unclear or incomplete

We will always do our best to review and assist where possible.
