Cancel & Change Order Policy
At Teezill, all products are custom-made after an order is placed. Because of our on-demand production process, changes or cancellations can only be made before production begins.
1. When You Can Cancel or Change Your Order
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

If your request is received within 24 hours and production has not yet started, we will do our best to accommodate it.
2. When Changes Cannot Be Made
Once your order has entered production (typically after 24 hours), we are unable to cancel or change it.
Because items are custom-printed, any change or cancellation requested after this time cannot be guaranteed.
3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your order is successfully canceled before production begins, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Refund processing time:

Refunds are issued within 1–3 business days after cancellation is confirmed.
If you have not received your refund within 7 business days, please contact us.
4. Incorrect or Incomplete Cancellation Requests
We reserve the right to deny a cancellation or change request if:
