Teezill is an online print-on-demand store offering custom-designed apparel and accessories. Each product is made to order after purchase.
How long does order processing take?
Order processing typically takes 1–3 business days before shipment.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by destination:
- United States: 7–12 business days
- International: 10–15 business days
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You may request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order, before production begins.
After production has started, we are unable to modify or cancel the order because each item is custom-made.
What is your return & refund policy?
Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference.
We only offer refunds or replacements if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item is defective
- You receive the wrong item
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Are returns or exchanges free?
Yes, if the issue is caused by our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item). Otherwise, returns are not accepted.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards and secure online payment methods available at checkout.

How do I choose the right size?
