James Madison arrived in Boone unbeaten, but Appalachian State ended the Dukes’ perfect start with a dramatic 34–31 overtime win on October 22, 2026. “Takin’ the Dogs for a Walk” turned the result into a sharp Sun Belt rivalry taunt for Mountaineers fans.

Wear it to App State games, watch parties, or when reminding JMU fans how that Thursday night ended.
